We undertook a ‘fresh-eyes’ audit of the site and developed a site structure that improved functionality and efficiency to make the site easy to navigate, drive the target audiences to dedicated areas and promote key features. Working with the DTI and their partners (BSI, CBI, UKAS) to promote the NSSF, we developed the site content and produced a suite of sector-specific case studies to help convey the benefits of standards to each of three key audiences.
The new-look site enhances the user’s experience and has made information more accessible with a cutting-edge look that is alignment with other marketing collateral and adheres to W3C guidelines.
